How often should i sharpen my saws? Did paul say if so what did he say
The way I determine if my saw needs sharpened is by how it “sticks” to the palm of my hand. What I do is take the palm of my hand and touch it against the teeth. I them ever so slightly pull back and lift up. A sharp saw will stick to your palm like tacs.
Of course, be careful doing that. Don’t come blaming me if you cut your hand open 😉
How often is going to be different for everyone bud. As soon the saw starts to dull you will feel and hear the difference.
I think its best to touch it up before it gets really blunt, the more you use it the quicker it will dull, this will be personal to you. 😉
