Single Person Picnic Table/Bench by Jim monette
Seat slides out to allow for easy seating. I used spruce lumber screw holes are plugged with rose bush ,rhododendron, oak and some type of invasive plant 5hat I hate and my wife likes. I made a router plane to rout out the dadoes for the project. The spruce lumber was planed down to about 1” to reduce weight.

Paul’s router plane design, body made from sapele and handles made from beech

Occasional Table by Steve Quinlan
Occasional table with drawer. Oak legs, rails, top and drawer front. Drawer made from repurposed pine from French wine boxes. Drawer handle made from a broken ash hurley. Aside from a power drill for the turn buttons, everything was made using hand tools. Finished with danish oil and furniture polish.

Bathside Panel by Terry Baxter
I used rough sawn American ash for this and treated it with water soluble varnish finished with wax to seal it, having experimented with a few offcuts first.

Cherry chest of drawers, milled by machine, joinery and legs cut by hand. Middle needed support of fifth leg in back middle. Fourth ever furniture project.

Made entirely from reclaimed scraps. I think all from doors. Pine, Meranti and a little bit of oak in the drawer. Wax on shellac finish.

Paul Sellers router plane. Used kit for all metal parts. Base made out of oak, blade holder maple and handles walnut. Shaped handles using Paul’s direction for making a new plane front knob. All was made from recycled wood.
