We’re ready to start on top frame, beginning with cutting the corner dovetails. Then the combined stopped housing and round mortise joint are are cut into the end frame pieces, before the round tenon is cut and fit into place.
See our guide on how to cut common dovetails as featured on the corners of this top frame.
Really liked seeing how the round tenon housing was made.
Awesome, just awesome!
Tnx for a cool new joint. The 1/8” recess is what really makes it work.
Thanks for the new joint Paul
