The mortises dimensions are 15x90x200 mm. It took me an hour per mortise.

Mr. Paul Sellers is absolutely right. You don’t have to make a tailor shaped opening for the vise, just a triangle will be quite enough. When I installed my first vise I made an exact template and spent rather a lot of time to cut such an opening; but it doesn’t give any advantage over a simpler shape.
