Accessing purchased videos

I am having the same problem. I can no longer access purchased videos(got busy for a few months so haven’t logged in in a bit). I just reached out and will see what they say.
That is super unfortunate if you can no longer purchase videos. I don’t have alot of woodworking time so I like to purchase one or two a year and slowly work through it over many months.
I haven’t logged on for awhile and I have no access to videos from my library that were paid for. I also had credits accrued for use towards future purchases that were part of paying for my premium membership that have disappeared. I have sent an email to “contact us” asking for answers and have been completely ignored.
I was never contacted about any changes. No emails, no messages in my member inbox, no notifications.
Some sort of explanation or contact would be the bare minimum I would expect from anyone.
