Aldi Chisels maybe at Lidl

Hi Everyone, I popped into Lidl to buy a socket and ratchet set and noticed they had some of the Aldi Chisels, well at least they looked identical, for about 6 pounds reduced from 8.
This was in Clapham Junction in London so I am unsure if it is a national thing, mainly since it is not on their offers section on their website.
