Thank you guys. It was a challange to get all the parts to fit on that one. That was done before I learned Pauls knife wall process. I’ll try that one again with the new knowledge.

    Sandy-

I love that box. Looks like a classic metal tool box, but in wood! Cool… The dovetails and fit look spot on from here…

I’ve been meaning to make a few lidded boxes for my tools that have multiple pieces and irons, like my router and plough. All the box making around here is inspiring.

Sandy another “Kudo” for that nice looking box, well done. I am in the same camp with you, Greg, and Steve I like boxes, tray’s etc. I do OK with my Hand Cut Dove Tails but still not 100% there yet, one day they turn out great the next time not so good.

Paul’s way and his knife wall has been a tremendous help to me with working wood with Hand Tools which now is my preferred way.

Steve, I know exactly what you mean. I started the tool chest project and cut the first corner set of dovetails today. I’ll probably have one of those shorter tool boxes that I’ve heard someone talk about… Anybody got a wood stretcher?
