Errors using a hand plane…tapered board end

Hi you all. i hope not to be the only one apprentice that has this problem. What problem?
I will say very soon. Board end is tapered. I use a veritas low angle jack plane, which is true and flat. Some time ago first inch of my board was tapered, also. i solved this problem following Paul ditto ” You mustn’t bulldog the plane” so my planing became wore relaxed and , most important, first inch of wood remains flat with the center of my board. But, at the end of the stroke what is the mistake i do to taper my board?
