What has happened to the Forum format, it is not showing how long ago the post was placed
19 November 2014 at 4:24 am #121114I hit a menu bar once but cant get it to slide out again it came out on lower left. I wish they had let us know about it.
19 November 2014 at 5:23 pm #121187Oddness with the site. Menus do not seem to be fully functional. Could be the browser on this tablet… I’ll check another.
Menus are working again. Probably browser-related issue. As Rosanne Rosannadana would say, “Never mind!”

When you first click on forums and you get the three headings General woodworking Discussions, Project Series, Off Topic there is no indication showing the age of the recent posts. I am sure there used to be I was then able to click on the topic that had recent posts22 November 2014 at 7:31 pm #121346Am I the only one having this problem, it makes trying to find recent posts a pain and to be honest puts me off looking

I generally use the Activity tab and scroll down so I can’t remember if the the time used to be on the first forum screen. I can confirm that there is no indication of time on that screen at the present. I’m using MAC and Safari.
23 November 2014 at 1:07 pm #121361I too am frustrated with the format change that has done away with the time stamp at the secondary level.
Typically I look at this forum daily and look at new items of interest. But now to find “new” items, you have to click onto the 3rd level.
Previously, I could land on the Project Series level and look to see what has changed in the day or so. Generally not a lot on this particular page. Now to find out that info, I have to click on each item on that page to see what has changed…all 17 items. I won’t be doing that!
This new change in format has made it much harder not easier….
23 November 2014 at 5:36 pm #121367Thanks for the feedback guys.
I think that information must have been removed to try to make things look a little more streamlined.
However, I can see that the info that was taken away was appreciated and have brought it back.
25 November 2014 at 11:52 am #121429Let me know when that change back happens. I don’t see any difference yet…
25 November 2014 at 12:46 pm #121431I presume you must have been having a different problem because this one has been put back to the way it used to be.
Please can you explain what you are seeing which you aren’t happy with?
