So I’m building a chair and have my arm mortised from the back support to meet the rear leg which is a single piece. None of my angles are horizontal or vertical and I’m looking for some advice on how best to cut the leg piece to meet the arm (I can’t fit all pieces together as the arm and leg get in each other’s way)
Hopefully this picture adds some context!
Looking forward to any advice
Thanks,
Josh

Perhaps make a 1:1 drawing and put all pieces there. You need a reference to start from and relate all joinery to that reference.
I suppose, you will have two pieces like this, so mark them simultaneously, one side off the other.
