    I have never seen this done before. I think I would apply a finnish to the underside though. Interesting not one speck of dust.

    I was thinking of using a similar product on a table I made for my daughter but I decided to go a different route since I don’t like plastic finishes on wood. I’m sure it has my applications and from what I learned when investigating the process it’s not very hard to apply as it’s more or less self leveling.

    For the video I’m just wondering why they left the underside untreated if the top was going to be exposed to water.

    The end piece looks a bit like protected for shipping. I think it’s fine on very low tables or on single boards in wet rooms.

    Still the process is interesting.

    I enjoy working wood in Germany.
