How long to wait for Premium membership?

Folks, in this modern age I’m used to paying for something and getting instant access. (Once upon a time one had to wait for up to 28 days for a toy to arrive from an offer on the back of a cereal packet!).
I have just paid my subs and have a receipt but can’t seem to see any additional videos and am still being asked to upgrade my account. Do I have to do something else or be patient…?
I’ve looked through the FAQ’s but it all seems to sound instantaneous.

Seriously I seem to recall it was instant when I signed up. Have you tried clearing your internet cache/cookies or indeed signing out and back in?

Thanks Craig, yes I’ve tried all that. I guess the banks aren’t open yet. Perhaps my Green shield stamps have expired.
The good folks have replied to my e-mails and have fixed an issue at their end.

I was going to say just send and email to Paul and company. They respond fast and are very nice.
I wouldn’t think so. I had instant access to everything once I became a paying member. The only caveat is that you cannot download full episodes of projects that existed prior to your membership activation (for perfectly rational/logical reasons). Perhaps you just need to update some personal information to complete your upgrade process?
