Hello guys and gals. I’ve been with WWMasterclasses for a long time, but haven’t been on the forums for quite a while, so I don’t know the people here anymore. Recently at an auction I bought a box of tools that included three 10 inch braces, a 13/16″ auger bit and a hand drill (and a few other things). I blogged about it in December at the link below (I’d try to embed the link here, but don’t know if that’s working). I’m keeping one of the braces, but the others have to go. I’ve cleaned them up and lubed them and they work perfectly. The 13/16″ bit will go with one of them. And whoever wants the hand drill can have it – it has also been cleaned and works well. The tools are listed below.
I need to limit this to the continental U.S. for shipping reasons. And if you’re local to the San Francisco Bay area, all the better – maybe we could avoid shipping. I’d really like these tools to go to someone who doesn’t already have similar tools, so please don’t reply if you are a collector or will just resell the tool. Let’s give a new woodworker a chance at some decent tools.
If you’re interested, please contact me using the “contact me” gadget on my blog and we can then correspond using e-mail. I’ll ship them no charge to you. If you feel like compensating me for shipping costs, that’s fine; if not, that’s fine too.
