I’m making some clocks for my brother and sister. First one isalmost complete, just need to refine the curves a bit, stain and add the hardware. Wood is red oak. Approximately 12x6x4 (hopefully the dimensions are in the right sequence! Lol) the case was assembled with simple dados, that I decided to nail, with handmade dowels, for added strength and character. I did use a router for the edge treatment, mainly because I was give a router for Christmas last year and felt obligated to use it. However all joints and shaping were made by hand. Fun little project. Next clock will be made out of mahogany.

I will just drill the holes out, plug them and realign the hinge. However, I have another problem. I broke a bras screw. Does anyone know how to remove a broken screw?
