Hi everybody!
This picture You find very amusement, but this is preparation for real workbench that I’m going to do in future, soon as I have enough money for right stuff. This was just start and I want to find out am I capable of doing right workbench. I use Stanley plane-SB 4, Metabo drill machine, old old jigsaw AEG ste380a, and some old chisels I have. For vice I used old jack. Although I am cold person (mechanical technician), I like to work with wood, especially since I moved from my home town to a countryside. I must say I also restore and recycle everything I can, but this project was so tempting I have to try to do it. If You have any comments or remarks don’t hesitate to post,
Thanks in advance
Sincerely GoranAttachments:

Zahvaljujem unaprijed
S poštovanjem

GoranGoran – I like your bench, but I REALLY like the re-purposing of the jack and wanted to ask a question.
It looks like you made a hold-fast (or was it purchased?)
If you made it or re-purposed something into a usable holdfast, I would really like you to talk about it.28 October 2014 at 12:23 am #120223Goran, no apologies necessary!! Glad to have you and looking forward to seeing the completed bench.
29 October 2014 at 5:11 pm #120326Dear Sir!
Anything You want to know just ask. As great Albert Einstein said “Imagination is more important as knowledge”. That I have heard when I was nine or ten, and since then I have lived my live upon that rule. Many time this sentence- when I remember of course -facilitate my work I was doing.Greetings
Goran 🙂 -
