A few months ago, I made the sawhorses Mr. Sellers blog about. I follow the blog to the letter. It took me a couple of days, but now I have saw horses that I feel with last a lifetime.
They are so stable and perfect height for me to saw up the longer stock. I have used for so many things, they have become a value addition to my very small shop.
If you have thought about making these, I highly recommend them.
I will be making another pair soon.
In this photo I have the parts of a small desk for my daughter stack up.
Yes a very valuable and useful thing for the shop I’m currently making a new bench from Tom Fidgens book. I’m very excited about this as the features in it will greatly aid me in sawing for years to come.
They look great John.
I’m in the process of putting mine together of similar design, but the weather has been unkind and I am working outdoors presently.
I’ll post some pictures when I’ve finished them. Please be tolerant as they won’t be half as nice as yours.
Nice pair of saw bench’s, those look rock solid. I started to make the one’s Chris Schwarz made when he was with poplar woodworking but haven’t finished them yet. The piece’s are cut just need to get going.

Thanks everyone for the nice comments. All in all, I think saw horse/benches don’t have to look great, just function great. So for everyone who is still working there’s out, good luck and post pictures.
