Paul's Rebate plane

@dave plane making inspired me to make Paul’s rebate plane based on his video. I wish I had used a longer piece of wood for the wedge, but all in all I’m happy with it, and it seems to work well.

Nice job! Appears to work pretty well too. Is it made of cherry? I find making tools rewarding especially planes.

Looking good .. it’s fun to make tools, and when you build something with tools you made it adds something special to it.

Way to go, David. Those sawed lines in the plane blank look perfectly straight. Great feeling of satisfaction with that plane, I’m sure.
