I received a good old 30 mm rebate plane blade as a gift from an old gentleman…and i’d like to build a rabet plane for this blade. I mean an old stile rebate plane, with no fence and circular opening in front of the blade to eject shavings. Where could i find plans , or better, tutorials on line?
Caleb James has some plans for several styles of planes on his website including a 3/4″ rebate plane here:

The width would be easy to adjust. He shows boxing at the wear corners, but if you build with a suitable hardwood (beech, maple, or even cherry) it isn’t necessary unless you use them a great deal.
He also did an article for Roubo style (like Paul’s Rebate plane build) hollow and round planes in Popular Woodworking magazine about a year ago. I don’t think the plans for those are online yet, but they are a bit easier to make ( no floats needed) and produce fine functioning planes as either h&r or rebate planes.
