    Nearly made a shooting board.

Cheated a bit used MDF for base.

I’m a bit annoyed with my self got to take more time slow down. I jumped out of the Knife wall and marked wood. Also bottom housing/dado not as nice as I would have liked. Grain going different directions one housing/dado had two knots in it.

    Post a picture soon.

Finally got around to making one. The lower 45° angle still needs to be cut, but this should suffice for making christmas stars. I used what pieces of wood I could find, so the dimensions differ a bit from the ones @paul-sellers used.

You will find it very handy David. I know Paul generally planes his end grain in a vice but I like to use the shooting board with a number 4 1/2 plane
