Trees for the Future
Everyone needs trees but the link between woodworkers and trees is more apparent than general and, perhaps, even more important. The thing is, most trees take a very long time to grow so it takes a special kind of care for the future to take the time to plant trees. We enjoy the harvest from trees that began to grow a long time ago and we want to be involved in planting trees for the future.
Paul recently spent some time talking Gabriel Hemery of the Sylva Foundation about their Future Forest. Here is the video:
As Paul mentions in the video. We want to contribute to this and have our own Woodworking Masterclasses portion of the Future Forest. We are inviting our members to contribute and we will match those contributions from the profits of the calendar we just released. So, you can contribute in the following ways:
