Dead on Salko. I don’t take it as criticism, no sweat. I just prefer the ogee profile to the round over, and I’m very new to joinery, so I only have 1 moulding plane and it is a cove. Believe me ditching the router is high on my list. I hate that thing…too much noise, dust. I can proudly say that profiling the top and bottom was the only power tool I used on this clock. I really enjoyed learning about raising the panel with the plane. All the stock was dimensioned with a scrub and a 4 1/2, and of course all the joinery is hand cut. I have a veritas plough plane that I used for the grooves, and I used it for the beads as well. Thanks!
