I would probably mention your original price to the customer and then communicate clearly that you are subtracting e.g. 5% for the imperfections. I would make sure customer feels good about it. I guess it is a learning curve so no need to make big profits yet. Customer might return in future seeing your fair approach so it is a kind of an investment in good relationship at this stage…
