![Thanks SO much, Paul. After much chisel, saw, and plane refurbishment and sharpening, I built the sawhorses as my first hand-tool experience. It was so much fun, and I learned a great deal about listening to what the wood has to say. These are from ordinary construction-grade SPF 2 by 4s, and are solid as a rock. Now for a workbench!](https://woodworkingmasterclasses.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/12/Sawhorses-by-Ian-Hemphill-e1508235017724-1024x768.jpg)

Pine sawhorses. Great design and stability! I can rip 3.5 m long panels on them, plane 40+ kg slabs, or just sit on one when posting here. I’ve glued rubber pads on the underside of the legs, to avoid slippage.

These sawhorses are awesome. Here put to use while building a workshop. Made from SLS and reclaimed ply, one varnished and one in linseed oil. They just don’t tip or buckle. I’ll be building 2 more soon so as to have more material at level.
