Wall Shelf by Danny
Oak and shellac finish, sliding dovetails
Grandfather Clock by Dennis Toth
Reproduction of an Open Well Grandfather Clock from the year 1860. Red Oak used, finished with a red oak stain and a clear acrylic. All decorations and carving are made by myself.

Wooden Plane by Hans Zwakenberg
This is the rebate plane I built to video instructions by Paul. All wooden parts are of Bangkirai. The O1-iron still needs some minor trimming to final width, heat treating and sharpening/honing. As I still have some O1-steel as well as some Bangkirai left, I started a next tool making project.
Joiner’s Toolbox by CJ
Box based on Paul’s traveling joiner’s box design. Wood is Ash and Mahogany. I chose to cut hounds-tooth dovetails for the carcass and modify some of the dimensions. I used a rabbet block plane running against a board beveled at 25° to raise the panels.
Breadboard-end Cutting Board by Floren
Toy Trucks by rayc21
Both trucks are made from off cuts of various hard and soft woods and some ply. The front Truck was finished with shellac, the rear one is finished with emulsion paint required by customer
Bench Stool by Laurence Hoess
This was all pine, some of it up-cycled. This is my second one.
Mölkky, a throwing game by Stijn Bossuyt
This throwing game was made from birch wood. It was made without power tools, not even a lathe. I simply drew circles on each end of a square stave and planed to the lines with scrub plane and smoothing plane, followed by scraping and sanding. The round sections were then cut to length and end grain was planed a perfect 90 or 45°.
Bookshelves by Christian Rapp
Dimensions 116cmx70cm (sides, top slightly wider), 30 cm. 17 mm pine preplaned and glued (left over from a friend). Panels of sides slightly sloped in upper part (looks more elegant). Consider to make layout for through tenons before sloping (otherwise make layout from backside). Stopped tenons at bottom. Considered but resisted to make shaker half moons at the bottom sides. Tried milk paint for first time. Found 50:50 powder to water is too thick. Made 50:70 roughly. After painting with kids hand sanded with 500 grit. Applied wax with fine steel wool. Glue up with was tricky as many long clamps needed. Belts maybe an alternative. Highly recommended to have two people for glue up … Cheers Christian
Home Mantle Shelf by jrmacias
Made of laminated pine, but very pleased with the final result.
Hat and Coat Stand by Ben Fricke
I built the Hat and Coat stand from the series but I made it longer to hold my duffle bag for work, I also added fluting to the sides to try out my Stanley no 55 combination plane, definitely more challenging than I thought but I completed it with hand tools and feel very proud of it, made with Oak and Cherry finished with Shellac
Large Double and Side Garden Gates by Trevor Molyneux
Made entirely from CLS laminated to get thickness and width of rails and stiles. Painted with black semi-gloss Bedec Barn Paint. These were made to replace the existing ones that had rotted and I used the failures to identify areas I needed to slightly redesign but keep the overall look the same as the old ones. This included using a 3mm strip laminated onto the top of the reverse arch to prevent water ingress into the end grain.
Pine Stool by Trevor Molyneux
Pine Stool finished with blond shellac and made from a single piece of CLS. It is fitted with rubber non-slip ferrules on the end of the legs. Curved seat was made from laminating 3mm thick pieces. This was a project to practice laminating for some ambitious chairs in future.
Trestle Table by John Blankenship
Trestle table with shaker bench and chairs
Keepsake Box by Brent
This keepsake box is made with maple sides, black walnut dots and black walnut top. Box is lined on the bottom with a piece of black leather
