I agree – it is surprising that Paul’s team did not list the measurements for the bookcase in imperial. There is usually a bias toward imperial, or an equal measure of both. The toolbox was done only in imperial, so maybe they are compensating with the bookcase. 😉
I always use a simple math when converting metric measurements in my head: Divide the millimeters by 100, then multiply by 4. For example: 830mm/100 = 8.3. 8.3 x 4 = 33.2″. Close enough for me.
You can also google “convert 830mm to inches” and the google conversion calculator it will give you a more precise amount, which is 33.67″.
