    After building a Chris Schhwarz designed   saw bench I decided I did not have room for second one , but that two saw benches would be hanndy , so I built a smaller bench that would stack on top of the first one . See attached photo

    Here is one of my saw horses I made about 25 years ago. This picture is about 9 years old.
    I know My mate who is a carpenter/builder still uses them they have been through the wars as you can see.

    I love my saw benches, but since I built my joinery bench, I find it easier to rip anything that is less than 3 ft long at my bench with the stock clamped vertically in the face vice.
