    I have had a frustrating few weeks, where  just about everything I bought had to be sent back through damage in transit , or just pure unacceptable quality.

    I have to say this included some high end tool makers, along with others. Every companies  customer service was 100%. just a shame the quality of some manufactures is so poor to start with. Ok some Items were damaged in transit, but some of that was down to some very poor packing in the first place.

    If some of these companies could mach the quality of there customer service to there products, life would be great 🙂

    It is a shame the quality of some tools and Manufactures has slipped and there is way to much damage in handling of packages. I hate to tell you how many damaged packages i have received over the years, people get lazy and just throw or kick stuff around .

    I hope you have gotten your damaged goods squared away.
