    Recorded during the seventies and eighties, these wonderful personal and revealing films show as much about the life of the individuals, as the crafts they practised in a changing era.
    There is a total recording of 37 films but I have preference for two – a chair-maker with his basic tools and a river boat builder with more precision tools. No shiny tools, clinical workshops and not instructional but some very nice techniques if you look.

    Hope you enjoy as much as I do. The language is English but the accents may be a bit strong.
