Homemade grooving plane

I saw that in one of Paul’s recent blogs someone was asking about making a plow plane. Here are some pictures of a grooving plane that I made. It cuts a 1/4 x 1/4 x 1/4 inch groove. I made it similar to the poor man’s rebate plane.

No, I’ll just bull my way through it. Not concerned about the bottom of the groove, just the show corners. I also score the location with a mortice gauge to help keep them clean.
