Nicely done but stand looks iffy. Just doesnt look stable to support a box full of tools.
Looking good, Orestes. And like you said – if it proves to be too “tippy”, then you’ve learned something and had some fun along the way.
I just noticed the studs that’s a very nice touch to the box in fact it was common practice in the 18th century to tack their dovetails. Not everyone did it ofcourse but there is historical evidence of it being done.
I like that Spanish box.
Well done a well constructed and professionally made tool box but what did you mean with “last time I talk about w with my friends.”
Lol everything we make starts off as a box so you will never stop talking about the box unless you give up working wood altogether.
