I would love to watch a series about making a set of kitchen cabinets.
10 November 2015 at 2:36 am #132190That might be a bit out of scope for what Paul wants to teach. But I know there are episodes of the New Yankee Workshop that show making kitchen cabs and plans may be available for purchase. Check out their site if interested.
10 November 2015 at 7:41 pm #132256Not really. Everything a set of kitchen cabinets requires to make includes many of the joints he’s teaching.
11 November 2015 at 1:33 am #132258I’m trying to think of what would Paul Sellers make for this project. I think it would be somewhat, say
6-7 foot wide carcass with
beaded face frames,
inset doors with raised panels,
drawers, drawer fronts,
knobs and pulls. In the other hand, instead of kitchen cabinets it could be a cabinet for the tools, just like there is one in the video background. But then… such project will require lot of monetary involvement and, frankly, will the New Legacy school need one more of these cabinets?
I don’t know if this project will give any new techniques to learn.

25 November 2015 at 5:51 pm #132725@greitzera Paul Sellers has started a new project series which is about cabinet making. It is under https://woodworkingmasterclasses.com/2015/11/tool-cabinet-episode-1/ link.
