Been working on a set of Lamps for the Mrs. off an on aver the last month or so. Been on the road most of that time so haven’t spent much weekday time on them. Actually was looking through my pictures since starting these. No wonder it took this long for one. I have built a bed frame for a grand daughter, put two room partitions and doors up in the basement (drywall, studs, paint, trim). Installed a bathtub and made a Dovetail box cigar.
I got one finished, one to go yet.
Lot of lessons in these too.
1. Remember the mortises need to be angled.
2. Seat the tenons quickly during glue up, otherwise you might crack the Cherry side.
3. Angles are fun.
Sounds like you’ve been a busy guy. Good looking lamp. I can’t figure out where the wiring goes, though. Magic?
