has anybody else been sent a payment change request by email i just want to check before i give my details thanks in advance

Looks like something strange going on with the payments thing. My account was debited for the fees on the 19th and I am now listed on the site as a free member… And after several emails and msg sent by the contact link on this site I have gotten no responses. I’d be careful about sending account information by email!

if you go on the profile of each staff member you can private message them
great to hear its getting sorted the team are great at getting things done just give them a bit of time i’m sure they will sort it out
When I tried to change my payment form, they said they don’t have an automatic way to to it. So basically, they make you a free member again, then you sign back up with your new info.
Eddy, these folks have always done good by me. I just didn’t know if they were even seeing the email. When issues come up over access to my bank account I get a little nervous. And I’m still considering going down to change my account numbers just to be on the safe side.
