Saw identification double edged 18inch

A friend passed this on to me, it was his fathers. The blade is 18 inche’s long, by the tooth pattern I thought it might be for cutting green wood. Anyone know what it is, best way to clean it up and sharpen for use? It’s about 6-7 TPI.
