Tagged: Tools Try Square
I just received a new old square I bought from Martin Donnelly today and the blade needs to be straightened out. Looks Like it was at the bottom of the tool box that Paul Built 50years ago. Lol. I know how to remove the blade ut I dont know how to straighten them. I have no idea of the hardness of the metal or what to use to try and fix it.Does anyone here know how to repair these squares. Im disabled and my right hand doesn’t work that well so combination squares are hard for me to hold when trying to scribe my line, Cut, So I need the larger squares but it seems everyone I buy is about as square as my butt. Somebody out there must know how to do this. I would be most appreciative. Thanks Chris
