Hi everyone.
This isn’t your typical woodworking question. I would like to know if anyone knows if copper will react with wood in a indoors environment? I know that many people advise never to use copper straps on a buildings, because the copper oxidises and when it rains it runs and stains everything. But I’m wondering if it would work indoors.
At the moment I’m at uni and I’m making furniture from scrap materials, and I would like to use old copper piping for spindles.
Cheers for any help
Joe
