Walking Stick/Wizard Staff

A friend of mine asked me to dress up his walking stick. I don’t know what kind of wood it is, but it’s quite hard, yet easy to work with. He also had this piece of quartz that is inlayed into the handle. I rigged up an LED into the handle so the stone glows from inside. I wish I had taken some pictures while I was doing that, but I was too nervous about messing up the whole stick to think about it. All of the wiring is concealed under the paracord handle. The only thing exposed is the button because it wouldn’t work correctly under the paracord.
