In his video on how to sharpen a saw Paul Sellers is using a device to bend the teeth to the correct angle. How is this device called and where can I buy one?
Thanks
If you don’t have luck finding a vintage pair, these are the one’s I got: http://www.toolsforworkingwood.com/store/item/MS-SAWSET.XX
I’ve sharpened almost all my saws, but haven’t needed to set any yet, so I can’t really tell you how good they are, but they are sold by reputable retailers so they are at least decent.
I picked up a few of them around the antique stores and there were a few on EBay. Lee Valley has them as well.

I have only excperience with eclipse 77 saw set, not bad, but the pliers do not get a solid grip on saw blade, they only bend a tooth edge with asmall hammer and asmall anvil. Old model like Stanley 42X get a firm grip of saw blade, that remains quite stable when you bend the teeth.
