Had time over the Christmas Holiday to complete the workbench. The last of the pictures attached.
The workbench is 60″ x 28.5″, 37″ high. Main Top is 14.5″ made of Pine (whitewood) Aprons are Douglas Fir (horrible knots that I had to fill with CA glue).
The last step is to apply a finish to the tops and aprons. Legs were already finished.
I’ll need to pick up a vise and install it: That will be another adventure.
I was so thrilled that I began using it without the finish. I’m using clamps to hold down my work pieces.
Thanks to all for the suggestions and encouragement throughout this build.
P.S. Happy New Year to all
Marilyn
Looks really good. Well done and congratulations. Now all you have to do is start scarring it up while building you next project. 🙂
