Hi all. I am going to make some tabs out of brass (and maybe some other things) to attach table tops to legs of the sort Paul made out of steal for his Home End Table Project. It seems that there are two kinds of Brass that might be good: 360 and 385. I have seen both referred to in the context of woodworking, and both seem to be workable with woodworking power tools, perhaps with special non-ferrous metal cutting blades. But I would prefer to work the brass by hand, e.g., with a hacksaw. Does anyone know which might be better for this sort of application? I would be interested in any experience folks might have working brass. Thanks!
