Here’s a useful video on how to safely shape a scraper to just the right size for your project whether the bowl of a spoon or any curved surface.
Another very good video. I’ve done a few of these myself and this is the way I had already done it. I love the way Paul always works safe and tries to point out safety issues to the viewer.

Only recently taken up woodworking as a serious hobby as I am approaching retirement. I have to say just how much more enthusiastic I have been been towards my work since I have started to enjoy your videos. You just have a way of showing individuals like me, in a very relaxed way, how things can and should be done. I cannot get enough!
