A Search on eBay for “Stanley thumbscrew” yields three dozen hits today, including the one Dave shows (first hit). A couple include the part the screw fits as part of the sale.
Stanley wing screw also works.
If you include which tool model you want it for, it narrows down, but also weeds out bits from other tools that would fit.
Also, I have had great success contacting an eBay seller:nhplaneparts ( just type that as a search) with specific requests.the fellow makes a living supplying old parts.
Or go to https://www.facebook.com/NHplaneparts/
He even provided an adjuster lever with the correct patent dates on it at competitive pricing. These are buy it now items, not auction.
His listed offerings sometimes show up as fastandfree ( refers to shipping)
I typically get parts in 4-5 days to the opposite coast. He’s my go to guy if I’m looking for a specific part with correct markings.
He also knows which parts are interchangeable from plane models.
And for full disclosure, I have no connection with the seller other than as a repeat customer.
