Unable to view videos

    Has anyone had trouble viewing this site’s videos on a PC? I used to be able to see them but now not so. I can view videos on all other sites I visit, just not woodworkingmasterclasses. If anyone versed in MS windows could throw some light on this problem I would be grateful. Is there a specific viewer I need loaded to see them? I am using windows7 on a 32bit machine if that makes a difference. Thanks for reading.

    For starters, try a different browser, especially if you haven’t updated yours in a while.

    And what’s the bandwidth of the internet package you have subscribed to?

    Don’t know if this will help:

    Remembered that I changed from Internet Explorer to Microsoft Edge because issues around WWMC’s videos. Making a test with Internet Explorer today, resulted in a black box where a WWMC “dearly missed introduction” should have been displayed; but clicking on the <button>/alternative saying “alternative player” resulted in the introduction image coming back.

    Sven-Olaf Jansson, spot on! I’ve been scratching my head for months over this one, just didn’t see the ‘alternative player’ button. I can finally see the videos. Thank you 🙂
