For the collective brain, I have found https://www.stationaryengineparts.com/BS381C-110-Roundel-Blue-Record-Vice-Blue.html
Still 500ml minimum but cheaper than the OP’s option and BS381C Roundel Blue so should be a good match and made for brush application so the finish should be good.30 August 2017 at 4:57 pm #314772Can’t help with a die (which is obviously a non-standard size) but perhaps a thread restoring file such as here which claims a 24tpi section would be suitable?

30 August 2017 at 10:46 am #314760Can I make the suggestion that palm-dipped gloves may be the way to go. They are a cotton glove with only the palm face pvc/latex/nitrile coated for grip. Increasingly used in UK industries, in a massive range of grades. We’ve used them very successfully for people with both excema and latex allergy as you don’t sweat in them, as they let the majority of the hand breathe, are stretchy so fit well and don’t abrade the skin and provide little snag risk, but they do provide some protection to the fingers (either face only or complete finger) and palm.
