Linen Cupboard: Episode 8

Linen Cupboard Episode 8

This is an episode in a paid series. Want to watch it? You just need to sign up as a paid member and you can enjoy this video and many other videos we think you will love.

In this episode we show how the panels must be fitted to ensure no compromise before the final glue up begins. It’s a clear explanation of what can go wrong, that will help most when you are in the zone. Gluing up the frame and developing a sequence before hand ensures that all the joint lines go together as efficiently as possible to prevent glue freeze in the individual joints. In the final few minutes we walk through housing the back frame–complete with the panels–into the main body of the cabinet.

Do have one question about the last steps, why just add the battons top and bottom and not down the sides?

      Hi,

I’m not sure I fully understand your question. Could you clarify so we can help you further?
