I have cut and planned timber to rough sizes.
The thing is my elbow really hurting when planning and sawing.
I get it now and then not surprising really the amount of hammering, sawing, Drilling and plastering I have done in my life.
Marking out day tomorrow hopefully get to do some grooves and shaping.

Slowly very slowly cut arc and cut a couple of grooves.
Shot all the ends of timbers square. planed front of panel flat.

I like you arc on this clock! I think I might have to try something like that on my next clock.

I use a bit of basic geometry to make segmented Arc.
The rise of the arc is only 3/4″.
I have done a rough drawing try and explain geometry

Have been at it most of the day The fielded panel has been a challenge.
In the end I am quite happy.
