It’s a bright, sunshiney day here, and what could be better than a collection of freshly finished furnishings to add that extra summer glow? Once again, the community has provided!

Workbench by Jim
Paul’s design with dog holes

Sawhorses by Mic van Reijen
These sawhorses are awesome. Here put to use while building a workshop. Made from SLS and reclaimed ply, one varnished and one in linseed oil. They just don’t tip or buckle. I’ll be building 2 more soon so as to have more material at level.

Workbench by Ronan Lee
This is my sawbench/workbench with reclaimed construction lumber. Due to the nature of the cramped space of the attic I had to come up with some ideas to make it my workbench including storage underneath, a split top for ripping, bench dogs and tools slots at the back and rubber feet! It works for me like a dream and was a great introduction to handtool woodworking and joinery.

Console Table by Paul Husselbee
This table was my first attempt at laminations. The legs and stretchers are walnut with maple centre. The top is burr walnut matched four ways with maple inlay around. I particularly like the grain of the walnut on the apron under the table top that flows with the curve of the piece.

Craftsman-style Lamp by Brett Todd
Red Oak, Wipe-On Oil Finish, Amber Mica Panels

Travelling Joiner’s Toolbox by allaninoz
Tasmanian Oak finished with wax

Footstool by Paul Mumford
There is something satisfying making something out of so called throw away wood. In this case a demolished wardrobe from the 60s. The 3 mm rubber inlay strips were set in using a router plane. #woodworkingmasterclasses
