Workbench by Smudgefish
Following along with Paul’s excellent design and instructions, my ‘forever bench’ is now complete! Been wanting to make it (procrastinating) for four years, since Mrs Smudgefish said I could have the plywood for Fathers day! Wish I had purchased the wood back then, but managed to source some through work. I should not have been surprised but was amazed at every stage just how well it came together. Added the drawer and tool well add on during the initial build, before dismantling and taking home to the garage. Many thanks to Paul and the team, looking forward to my next project.

Children’s Workbench by Denis Fedorov
I built my first workbench following Paul’s instructions a few years back and then a second workbench for my kids based on the same design but with some modifications to make it more accessible for children

Heard her talking excitedly about it before she won it in the silent auction. Was a great feeling. Thanks Paul for all you taught me.

Grandchild’s Kitchen Platform by Ian Hemphill
My grandchildren love to help cook, but standing on a chair to reach isn’t very safe or stable. Made two of these, one for each household. The dowel and front top rail lift out for the older ones and provide extra protection for the little ones. These are cherry with a garnet shellac finish.
